Sent email, received a reply approx 3 days later, good job it wasnt urgent, dont think customer service is very helpful, did not give the answer i asked, think the customer service needs to be re vamped and updated. But doing an excellent job for the animals.

Great place fell for a small cat who has had a bad start in her short life. Adopted her and she has become the most faithful little thing ever not an once of trouble.

We adopted our cat from here and I cant fault the staff one bit. So friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this branch and would definitely return to adopt another pet. The picture is our little princess, our little cupcake.

Their fantastic knowledge base of all their animals is amazing. They have all been profiled on their personalities and suitability for different households. I was originally looking for a kitten but when we broadened our scope, we got matched with a 3 year old girl and she's perfect for our family!! Their new "contactless" adoption process was thorough but simple. The adoption fees also cover the cost of 3 month flea and worming treatment, spaying and vet health check including dental, first and second set of vaccinations and microchipping. We can also contact them at any time with any questions or behavioural queries. We're 100% going to use them again!!

Rehomed a cat from here 5 weeks ago. Staff lovely, very clean environment and very calm surroundings for the cats, access to outdoor space as well as indoor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We adopted Otto, who is an elderly FIV+ boy. He's a total snuggler with a keen interest in food 😄 and is a great fit in our household.

The staff were very friendly and not pushy about us having to adopt. They gave us lots of information about the cat we were looking at adopting, as well as tips on how best to settle them in and introduce them to our other cat.
