A Sports Centre with both in door and out door facilities/ pitches. There are all wether tennis courts which appear to have fallen into disuse. Indoor facilities include a poor reception area gym changing facilities and sports hall.
It has been used for a wide variety of activities including Christmas dinners music festivals Caravan and camping events as well as sports fixtures.

I cannot really comment on the RTC Sports Centre Otterburn.
I only parked my car there as it was a convenient location to park for my walk up too and then back from the Otterburn Army Camp.
