For a grassroots league venue, you have to wonder where the money goes. Pitches full of sand, no corner flags and goals with crossbars that sag in the middle.
At least there's a food van though. That only charges £3 for a hot chocolate. The powdered kind that comes in a tub.
Thankfully we don't play there every week.

Poor quality pitches. Akin to playing in bomb craters or around a baseball mound.
Given the fees charged by the league the fact they can't maintain their own pitches to a decent standard is incredibly disappointing.
It's an injury waiting to happen.

Good pitches if it's not raining or windy as your out in the open. Think the pitches could be a little spread out a bit to avoid the ball spilling onto the other teams game...
Nice touch with the burger van there to get a coffee or some food.

Seen a coach shouting at little girls making them cry ( boarder line child abuse). Being abusive with the ref , going on the pitch with threatening behaviour.
Rang Russell foster and they simply were not interested. Had to pay £50 to make a compliment,
Just another example of putting the adults before the children.
This is just simply not acceptable in the modern day.
You need to stand down , your time is done
Thanks but jog on
