TERRIBLE! I'd give no stars of I could. Framework has made me homeless TWICE.
Rules and regulations might as well be non existent. Full of addicts, roaming around the halls until early hours and nothing is done. Drug dealing outside my door and window. The addicts that live here, deserve to be here. Working class who have hit a bump in the road DO NOT deserve to be here at all and get tainted with the same brush because of the reputations these places have.
