Donna Cox has made using Russell Martin Foundation for 3G pitch bookings unpleasant and impossible. It would be hard to find a more unprofessional person to deal with in any walk of life.

If you are thinking of booking the pitch, don’t bother trying. She saves the slots for who she likes and the ā€˜live booking form’ showing you what’s available is therefore useless. She’ll reply to about 1 in 5 messages you send and will waste your time. All in all, hopefully Russell takes the feedback on board - your name is becoming a joke!

We've been attending this Academy for the last year. Referring to the School break Camps only, they run girls and mixed sessions. I prefer girls going to the mixed as the leagues include mixed teams and at this age gender should not separate them needlessly. Unfortunately, my experience of RMF during these camps is that some of the boy's tease and bully the girls and the majority of coaches, being young and most probably not parents themselves, in my opinion do not deal with this appropriately. Some of the boy's also refused to play with the girls during matches preferring to play with less players, the coaches did not address this either and it resulted in 4 of the girls sitting out not playing. As with much of grass roots football a very hit and miss experience. Unfortunately I would suggest that girls go to the girls only sessions, but that shouldn't be the case and it's a back step for inclusion and girls football.

So i booked out 1/3 of a pitch for a work event over 3weeks ago and i now i get a message saying this can not be honoured, i asked up why this was and Donna said this is a problem with the booking system that THEY changed. All she said wad either a full refund or rearranged a time with rhe only time was 9-10. I explained that i had booked this nearly 3weeks ago and now only this. Instead of giving customer service , Donna only provided a solution that was in favour for herself and the company. And when i argued the point she shouted and put the phone down on me . I rang back and she continued to rant down the phone and she said she will ring me back but nothing at all. An/d dont be fouled by when they say they are trying to help the community to play, they only care about what will make them the most ££££. Because after 3 weeks of booking they cancelled out pitch. Must mean they had a better offer as the group after us have 90 mins so this cannot be a block booking.
