This company is a disgrace. There is more agency then there is actual safehaven staff.
There is a few staff member's that actually care the rest sit in the office and ignore the young people. The agency they would get in couldn’t understand what i was saying and would not acknowledge that i was even speaking to them.
The staff would only do something about mental health if it resulted in medical attention and even then the agency they got in would be more bothered that “they dont like hospitals” “there cold” with no care with how i feel.
I was also left alone for hours on my own at a time when i was ment to have staff 24 hours a day,
Please do not send your kids here is so bad and they dont care at all. Save your kids the stress and awful “care” you get from safehaven.

They also threatened to take my rabbits away. When i pay to feed then and get them everything they need, they had no care to threaten to take them.

I was taken “care” of here and it’s AWFUL!! Everything is so unorganised and the lack of “care” is shocking, the staff do not care about the children. And they just expect the children to do everything by themselves yet still treat them like kids. Do not send your kids to this company, it’s awful, run down and careless. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrendous!! I haven’t lived here but my brother does and the way they act is disgusting. There meant to be there ‘to support’ yet all they do is sit locked up in a room.

They lie to the children. Call police for no reason. They’re unhygenic and stink. They don’t keep on top of the toiletries and washing stuff. They’re always late

I was in safe haven for a period of 2years. I've come such a long way from not having any type of relationships with people... from suffering with severe mental health problems, I'm now in my own flat in stable relationships and finally have my life together. Yeah there was staff members that I didn't particularly get a long with but they would resolve it, but I do appreciate how much they did for me. I wouldn't be the person I am today if I didn't receive the help I got from them. I rebelled at first but I'm so glad I stuck with you. Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this housing company very rude and went through my personal property which they are not supposed to do.
