Safe Soulmates... well what can I say the group and amazing people have saved me! My social life was nothing before... now, I'm meeting up with dear friends who share interests and live locally to me, but without safe Soulmates I wouldn't have known they were there! With my friends we do 'unofficial' meet ups because we all love spending time together. I have made a WhatsApp group and everyday I read cheerful messages, Soulmates share their cute pet photos and we all support each other... I definitely have needed support in the past and you'll never guess who was first to give it, Vicky and Christine, they listen to our idea and they give the people what they want.... which in my case is trip to the theatre! I have been part of Safe Soulmates for 3 years now and I wouldn't look back to before then, only looking forward to the future, and to the future of Safe Soulmates. (I know I say it at every meet up... but thanks again)

We have worked alongside Safe Soulmates on numerous occasions providing passenger transport for days out to various locations including London Theatre Trips and Thorpe Park amusement park. Christine and Vicky are absolutely brilliant and provide a vital service with a friendly smile to our local community. Its lovely to see their hard work paying off on the faces of the soulmates!

My daughter attends Safe Soulmates and at every event she always says she's had the best time!
The events, nights out and opportunities for the young people are just fantastic! And everyone that attends are all there for the same thing - to have lots of fun, meet old and new friends, experience some new places and activities.

An amazing organisation. The online and face to face meetings make such a difference to people who may otherwise be very isolated. Safe Soulmates offer many and varied opportunities for people to get together, make friends and have fun. Staff are dedicated to improving the lives of its members. Truly life changing.

Been part of them since their humble beginnings. Actively involved in their steering group and I haven't found my special someone yet, but have made a lot of friends through them.

We do lots of things like cinema trips, drinks at the pub, trips to theme parks and beaches and many, many more. And during lockdown, lots of fun activities on Zoom like quizzes, Film Club and more.

Also, especially during challenging friendships, the ladies that run it, support both parties well. Taking no sides and just offering advice and taking steps to ensure everyone is as happy as we can be.

We are basically one big family of people who have fought loneliness for lord knows how long, and yeah. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2023 brings.

This organisation is a scam.
You have to pay for a video call to discuss joining, then after that you never hear from them again, every email I have sent has been ignored.
I was suspicious when I saw that they only have 5 star reviews, the reason for that is because they are all written by staff members to lure in vulnerable people to spend money for a video call.
Save your money, and stay far away from these people.

"If we determine that we cannot provide something that someone is seeking for or if we believe another organisation could better serve someone's needs at that time, we communicate this openly and promptly to you."

That's completely incorrect, the lady who did my interview did not, I repeat, DID NOT communicate anything about any other organisation, at all. She just told me, and I quote "As you have a diagnosis of depression, I cannot allow you to join our social groups." And hung up.

And I did email you about a refund, and so far I have been ignored again.

I hope that people see this, and take this as a warning that this "organisation" is a total and utter scam.

I love safe soulmates, everyone is lovely and the ladies who run it are really lovely too, we have really nice outings as well as online sessions. I would recommend safe soulmates to anyone!
