From the experience we received, and gor the sake of your family members, never, ever choose to receive care from this company.

From the carers all the way to management, they've shown a clear lack of respect; copious examples of laziness and times of negligence.

I was more worried about my mum's safety in their care, than when she was on her own.

Thankfully, she has a better care provider and is much more reassured and isn't as stressed or apprehensive.

I would not recommend this company.
The negligence of the Carers hospitalized my mum twice in three months it was the most terrifying experience in my life.I thought I was going to Lose my mum After constantly praying crying all night in Ramadan my mum pulled through.
When this happened the second time within three months Enough was Enough I cancelled the Package.
On the very last call from the Carer she realised there was no medicine left for my mum to give to her and apparently it's not their responsibility to order the medication yet she failed to notify my mum in the morning that she had no medicine for the evening.

Poor company. Staff are lazy, management are careless and tell white lies. Promises certain packages and fails to provide the package agreed. Absolute shambles. These are the cowboys of the care industry. If you value your loved ones i wouldn't choose this care company. I wouldnt wish this poor service on anyone. I honestly believe this care company needs the whole management and staff retrained.
