I have recently been studying ' The new eight steps to happiness' Geshe Kelsang Guatso. The teacher Kevin Bradd who has kindly put together these online sessions has been fantastic. I just wanted to say how lovely it is to listen to Kevin teaching and how much I have enjoyed the series, thank you. I am really looking forward to being able to attend the meditation sessions again at Macclesfield Library with Sangye. In the meantime I will look forward to the half day course on Saturday.
