Had the most wonderful stay at School Farm Cottages (Bell Cottage). The cottage was very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We loved seeing the bunny in the garden (and wild rabbits on the premises) and David was a very friendly and informative host. The cottage is surrounded by countryside with an abundance of wildlife and we lent on the Guest Book for an evening walk route which was very nice.

Whilst we made good use of the pond for fishing, the games room was the cherry on top of our stay. Although, saying that, the fresh eggs were also pretty fabulous! Thank you David and Claire.

We had a fabulous 7 nights in Swan cottage with our 5 and 8 yr old. The cottage itself was spacious, had everything you need and the beds were comfy. The laundry room was a bonus with active young children! Claire and David left a well thought out guest book providing lots of good information about the area. We followed one of the suggested walks from the farm which we all enjoyed. The enclosed garden was ideal for our children, they could play there safely on their own and were sad to leave Jerry, the rabbit. Collecting eggs from the chickens was a real treat as was the games room and football pitch. There is also a play area 2 minutes walk up the road. Schools Farm is a great base for exploring the area, we enjoyed days out at Framlingham Castle, RSPB Minsmere and Southwold. We had a great stay, Claire & David were so welcoming and I would highly recommend this beautiful farm.

I have just returned from a stay at School Farm Cottages. Wow we had a great stay with our sewing group. We hired all 4 cottages between 8 of us and had the games room for our sewing . The cottages are so well equipped, very comfortable and the hosts were brilliant. I would recommend these cottages for family get togethers and groups of friends. Alison Nice

We have just returned from the most fantastic four days at School Farm Cottage’s. We cannot thank David & Claire enough for providing all the little extras and even a lovely birthday gift for me on my arrival. Such kindness and thoughtfulness. We had North, Swan & Silverleys cottages. (We had North & Swan connecting) All had everything and more that we required. The attention to detail is second to none. The cottages are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The games room had very good use while we were there, a fantastic bonus that all the adults and children thoroughly enjoyed. The area is beautiful, sun rise and sunsets across the pond simply beautiful. Collecting fresh eggs with my grandson, the look on his face was priceless. Lovely walks. We enjoyed reading about the family history of the farm and seeing the changes over the years. David & Claire we can’t thank you enough for your hospitality. You definitely go above and beyond for your guests. We had the best four days with our family making such happy memories. We will definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at School Farm Cottages for a week.|We stayed in 2022 and loved it so much we decided to return.||The accommodation is well equipped with beautiful surroundings, very relaxing.||Our son enjoyed seeing Jerry the rabbit, collecting eggs for breakfast and having evening walks around the grounds.||His favourite part was having a tractor ride. Claire and David are wonderful hosts and made us feel at home.||A lovely and thoughtful touch was the Easter treats and apple juice left on arrival.||Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again.||Kay, Tim and Milo Cooper

I have been going here for at least 12 years now, and it feels like home when I walk in the door. Claire and David are the most amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The cottages are beautiful and very well equipped. Whether you cook or not, it’s all there in case. I have just been there for 3 nights. North Cottage is our perfect cottage for crafting. The large farmhouse table allows us to sew one end and eat at the other. With 2 Bedrooms it’s a great visit with a friend. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent farm stay hosted by Claire and David. Rooms were spotless and with fully functioning kitchen to prepare the farm fresh eggs.

David and Claire made sure the trip was comfortable and were very responsive throughout our stay.

We had a lovely family break at School Farm Cottages. Claire and David are fantastic hosts and made each of us feel extremely welcome. The cottages are very well equipped with comfortable beds and stunning views all around. |The children enjoyed collecting fresh eggs each morning and thoroughly enjoyed playing in the enclosed garden. The games room was also a bonus and fun was had by all!|As a party of 8 adults and 4 children, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again!
