Good opening hours very useful..staff excelled. Good prices..trade desk very useful time wise this has changed my useage of screwfix no waiting In queues behind Diy dithering.

Helpful staff. Main item I wanted was in stock, and staff suggested a better alternative at a cheaper price. Two other items I chose whilst in the store were out of stock, and not at their alternative local premises either. Although they could be ordered. The only slight gripe I have is when carrying heavy or awkward goods out the store an automatically opening door would be appreciated rather than struggling to open the door with full hands.

Very handy shop with good access for ambulant people but could be awkward for wheelchair users. Excellent, friendy and helpful staff. Smaller than usual Screwfix shops so worth checking ahead (online) if goods are in stock. Anything not carried in their shelves is available next day

It's handy but over priced.. the delivery service takes too long and when you are in a rush quite often the items are next day delivery. The staff are friendly but don't really know any DIY so can't give advice which is kind of what you want in a DIY outlet. The refund policy is backwards, they stopped refunding items which are wrong size, this has stopped me shopping there.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Collection was fast and staff ensured safety of customers. Brilliant, easy collection. Staff were really good even the member that was supervising collections who was stood outside in the rain.

Extremely helpful staff- always carry my large heavy items out to the car for me- just a shame they aren't available to unload at the other end!!! My new toilet and basin look absolutely fabulous in my new bathroom.

Not good service today. Asked for a 3m x 4m heavy duty builders sheet. Was told they only had one product matching that description and I had to order it for next day. Later on I checked online and there WAS another one - heavier duty which is what I wanted - but I'd now missed next day delivery. Why didn't they check on screen properly? I've ended up buying the wrong product, but I need it tomorrow so have to keep it. Annoying!
