Absolute disgrace of a Service and very concerning! I Telephoned today for someone to advocate on my behalf. Gave details of my situation and had a return call from the Deputy CEO who rudely told me they could not advocate for me. She gave me poor reasons as to why...what came across to me was that she was cherry picking on whome the Service would advocate for...yet the Service is supposed to be there to advocate for ALL people in Sefton who need a voice to speak on their behalf. Whilst I was still speaking I was disconnected from the call and the DCEO did not telephone me back. I telephoned her back and was told by her she did not know what happended as to why I was disconnected from the call and then she put the phone down on me!!! I find this person to be very rude and disrespectful !! I find this persons behaviour concerning and the role she has within the Service...it seems this person likes to dismiss people that may challenge her reasoning .. her behaviour is both disrespectful and abusive!
