I would highly recommend Sunhil and his services. If you are a parent who hasn't been given your preffered choice of school and need that decision overturned, Sunhil is your guy. He is so knowledgable and had an answer to each and every question I asked. His advice is top class and I respect him so much for the work he is doing to help the SEN community. Thanks again Sunhil.

In what was a very challenging and ever changing time Sunil was able to guide, explain, lessen the stress and think ahead during times when I could barely keep my sanity. From being unable to attend mainstream school as it wasn't meeting needs, to council home tution, we are now 6 weeks in our first choice school and absolutely thriving. Existing EHCP updated with named school, new school for existing school year and secondary transition set and ready for the next school year, I have never seen my child be so settled in education before. The outcome is everything I hoped for, what I knew was needed but had no clue or faith in my ability to know how to make it happen. Sunil got us through it. Highly recommend his services. A wealth of knowledge, easy to communicate with, responsive and understanding. Thank you Sunil.

Sunil firstly is a great advocate for parents with special needs kids seeking school admission via Trial/Tribunal system. His ability to systematically explain to the parents the strength of their case all through the tribunal process stands out. This also includes but not limited to the umpteen assessment letters from different schools for the child. Finally, we went through a successful tribunal process thanks to Sunils help.

Thank you Sunil / Sensas Advocacy for guiding and supporting our family in securing a tribunal win & outcome in our favour for our 11 year old son to finally get the school named on the EHCP of our choice. EHCP arrived after 18 months of battling. We applied for, but LA refused to assess. We appealed and won. They assessed and refused to issue EHCP even when their own EP said it was required. We appealed and didn’t get what we wanted but negotiated and got what was important.
Sunil was key to this, guiding us along the way when others said our case was difficult and would likely result against us. He is very knowledgeable and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work he delivered. He is a very busy man so you may not get a hold of him immediately, but wait patiently because he is worth it. And he charges very fair prices.
