Sesderma UK has really turned its self around for the better over the last 4 months

I have been a client of Sesderma UKs for coming up to a year and I’ll be honest it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. I refrained from writing a negative review on here once before due to the quality of service that was being provided to me by Sesderma UK, and I'm glad that I did because the company is in a much better place than it was 4 months ago.

In a short time there have been many positive improvements to the company which have completely transformed my opinion of this company because in October/November 2018 I was very close to taking my business elsewhere and investing in a different brand, so I do sympathise with the negative reviews left probably in anger from last year.

Unfortunately, Sesderma went through a lot of changes last year which caused a lot of disturbance to their clients which is not ideal, but they have found level footing around December 2018 and is on the up.

I was unsure whether to give a 4 or 5 star review today because although a lot has changed and the relationship between myself and Sederma is improved massively there is still improvements to be made, as with any company! But they honestly deserve a 4 star review because of the effort they have put in to turn the company and their reputation around.

In particular Bogna really helped to change my opinion on the company and has done a lot for my business over the last couple of months, but the whole team are great to work with.

I got introduced to Sesderma through my boss Maha, the owner of a new Salon Piaf in Chiswick, I have cystic acne for good few years I’ve tried medication didn’t work my pimples was painful would take weeks to start healing. So one day Boqna comes along with her luggage 😁 tries 2 different treatment AZELAC peel & brightening with in 2 weeks my skin is calmer brighter. It was shockingly impressed to see my pimples heal so fast within few days, in just 2 week of using sesderma product my skin is more evenly toned No Spots all gone My skin bright softer smoother brighter my lips & under eyes more plump healthy youthful just amazing I was asked yesterday By a friend if I had foundation on which I Wasn’t i’m truly impressed with Sesderma products
My after care Products were Azelac cream brighting cleanser, SPF 50 & Glicare for eyes & lips contour this products are amazing highly recommended.

I am studying advanced aesthetics and my tutor recommended this brand to me while ago up to this day i am using sesderma peels and home care products and me and my clients are very pleased. sesderma transformed my clients skin, they are working on their costumer care line and i can see the difference now . products come on time and very satisfying I recommend Sesderma to who ever needs a change

I went for training for the skin peel products and found it lacking.

1. There was no written information to follow as it had been taken that day to a beauty show although they knew they had booked a training day.

2. The day consisted of slide shows that described the chemical process of how the products worked but no practical use. It did not teach me how I could use these in conjunction with each other and did not make clear the contraindications of using them. When asked about this the answers were unclear as the man who was teaching us is not a beautician and has not trained as one.

3. I still have recieved no written information on products or the training I supposedly recived that day, just a certificate to say I was qualified to perform the peels but I dont feel I know enough to use them.

4.Also at least one of the 5 star ratings is from someone who works for the company.

5. Trade discounts were derisory.

6. The training needs to be spot on with this kind of product a lot of damage can be caused without and the only really useful information I got was from another person on the course.
