Whenever I recommended any learning disability clients to access Seva Care Day Services, the Managers made contact with families, invited them to view facilities and offered 1 day Taster before client joined. Once a client started accessing services, they settled in quickly and some have been attending for many years. Transport is provided.

I was in a pub last week when a number of teachers breaching assistants came in. To begin with they were fine but when playing pool were loud and disturbing the entire pub.
The lovely member of staff behind the bar politely asked them to keep the volume down and consider other people in the pub. She was then verbally abused, intimidated by two member of the group and ridiculed by various other members. The poor girl, who I should happen to mention is pregnant, was left in tears and obviously phone the owner to come be support her.
The owner came almost immediately and spoke to her nd comes her down. When the teachers come back to the bar, he states that if the members of the group who had been rude be abusive left, he would happily serve the rest of the group. He was then verbally abused and told ‘it’s lucky the boys out there are nice or things would be very different’, some kind of threat I think.
About 15mins later the group went to leave and all the males surrounded the manger, trying to intimidate him more and still being busier toward the poor girl behind the bar. A South African male was the most provocative and with the two other males in the group continued to attempt to intimidate the owner and swear.
I appreciate this isn’t a direct reflection of the Sevagroup, but when you are in or off duty, you represent your company, especially when voicing that you are teachers, thinking your inflated ego would make your behaviour okay.
It was disgusting and your teachers should be ashamed of yourselves. I only wrote this review as your teachers have written reviews with low ratings final the pub when they did nothing wrong but protect their staff.
Pathetic behviour and you should be dealt with accordingly by your superiors.

Seva Care Group Day respite in Harrow and Northolt is one of the best Day Centre . Staff are very much supportive and very much helpful. They helped me to learn and develop. Its so much fun going to Seva Care Group. I recommend those who are searching for best day respite need to visit the Seva Care Group .
