Once I was able to make contact with your representative (I'm totally digitally incompetent) she was very competent, with her help for me, and sorted out my incompetent inherited electric company, unfortunately as she left she informed me that she is being moved to another area. If possible can she visit me before she moves on to new position, so I can thank her in person.

Full Mark for trying to reach me. However the phone number you called me on doesn't allow me to returned the call. The text i got after the phone call doesn't allow me to reply to that either.
Instead I am invited to call you on another number, albeit an 0800 number!
