I booked a podcast studio through Sharesy. Said studio ignored my emails and queries leading up to the date of recording meaning the session never happened. It’s coming up to 4 months since and still no response. Sharesy have not been able to contact the studio they represent either and have offered no refund or compensation. There’s clearly no vetting process or customer protection in place. I’m now having to seek legal advice to recover my money from Sharesy

I faced blatant racism from a company Victoria Warf Studios the Head Director is a man named Thomas Fletcher. we booked for a 9 Night we were only given a viewing 48hr before the memorial date where the company cancelled the booking due to the memorial being a Caribbean event which was shocking for us as week booked well in advance even adding more time on the booking.
FYI
Also what's not addvitised is that it's up 2 flights of stairs and toilets are basically at the side of the main hall floor people will be able to see the men peeing. It's not inclosed. Venu can hold 80 people standing at max not as nice as the picture please go and view this trash before you book.

Sharesy didn't protect us or even find an alternative venue extremely disappointed and they are still advertising the company after they admittedly say they don't take booking of 50 of more and nothing after 20:00 In the email corspodence I sent them.

I rented a hall through Sharesy in Finsbury Park (St Mark's Church - do NOT recommend!) for my daughter's 8th Birthday. Unfortunately the venue did not warn us about the very sketchy street they were on, or that there were thieves operating in the area. A person came off the street, into the hall and stole my purse with my wallet, keys, and some of my daughetr presents. Sharesy took 3 weeks to to get back in touch with me when I made a complaint and they nor venue are taking any responsibility for not warning us that thieves operate around this venue. Very disappointing experience.
