This former school is a great community venue. Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of rooms for hire at a decent rate. The on-site 'Old School Cafe' is a must visit whist there. Anything from a quick coffee to a full meal, all at very reasonable prices.

This is such a little gem for the community. The variety of people that use the Old School Cafe is wonderful. I especially like the idea of paying forward a meal that can later be taken free of charge by someone who is in need. There is parking, toilets and it is easily accessible, it's on the flat and has powered doors. The cafe staff have been helpful and friendly and the home cooked real food is really rather tasty and does not cost the earth.

I am a member of Spectrum theatre and I meet here weekly. The facilities are very good for practising our shows and it is cheap to book. Our group will continue to come here for years to come!

Cheap and cheery grub in an old school house. Very handy for traditional local fodder and with the added bonus of the availability of decent espresso coffee! Who knew?!
