A great caring rest home very Professional Staff & Lots of them.

Lots of room to move about in plus the Grounds to walk about in 2.

Happy to leave our Family member in there Care, 👍

Just returned from a Hospital visit with our family Member,
Mr, R.B.
The STAFF MEMBER who help him out of our car in to a wheel chair & to his room Could Not have Been Kinder if it was her family member,

Mum found this very up setting But smiled with the help on Hand,
It's a place that's understood what is needed for there residents

Not a very good nursing home in my opinion and other people i have talked to, does not consider the clients that they are supposed to look after. They don't take notice of the people under their care. Hygiene in some of thier houses is not of a good standard. I definitely would not recommend this home to anyone I know.

My husband has just spent a week here in respite care, in Shaw house.
This was our first experience of care homes,and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
The manager Chloe and all of the care staff were amazing.
The atmosphere was so friendly and homely ,and the care provided was top class.
I would 100% recommend Shawside to anyone looking for care for their loved one .
My husband is bedbound,has late stage Dementia and complex care needs,but the staff were able to accommodate every need.
Thank you to everyone involved in his care ,you are amazing x
