I got this membership hardly used at all closed down the account what I thought was last month. I explained it was last payment which I thought was already paid. I explained I hardly used the membership at all and was hoping for a good will since I hardly ever used it, if they would waiver it. Not a chance what I got was you signed a contract.

The place is a joke will never use again the facilities need major overhaul, rust on the bars in the swimming area, no sauna since covid, they took away the only part I liked.

The lockers we broken, place needs a good clean.

I would never recommend this service, take my advice don't join go to other gyms were if you don't use it you can leave after 30 days.

They contract you for a year with this membership, and if you don't use it like me they will still expect payment. because you sign a contract.

You would of thought they would of wavered my last payment since they could see I very rarely used it.

Not on my recommendation list at all

Terrible customer service by the staff on the phones. I had called today at 10:38am to ask to move my ice skating classes down. To which a member of staff had put the phone down on me 4 times for no reason other than them not wanting to deal with it. The staff member was rude and abrasive for no reason. I had then called back a few times to which they let the call ring out. Absolutely disgusted with the service and I will be logging a formal complaint and taking this up with the managers. I will also be cancelling my lessons due to the treatment of this particular staff member.

Constantly letting customers down. Between ever increasing prices for ever decreasing rewards and randomly changing rules the whole thing is a disaster. Some of the staff are a testament to how good customer service works whilst others are the epitome of how not to treat customers. I can't wait to see who takes over from them at Sheffield's swimming pools, gyms and skate rink; whether it's Brittas empires or the Chuckle Brothers they're bound to do a better job!

Great facilities and staff at all of the venues. The great thing is the ethical way the group operates as a not for profit charitable trust.

SCT does so much unseen work within the local community and is hugely important to the city.

No information anywhere on how to cancel membership. It's apparently in TOC when you sign up, but no one reads or remembers them. You have to sit for 15 minutes on hold to get through to a rude staff member to cancel on a number that is only in the TOC
