Love this charity shop! The items and clothes are amazing I always look forward to going here! Such a nice vibe with friendly volunteers and lovely staff 🙂

Edit - I left this review and it seems the manager then got her friends to leave multiple fake reviews to hide her unprofessionalism. Wow.

This shop spends 95% of the time shut - and when it is open it’s run by an incredibly rude manager and always looks a shambles. It’s a shame as they get incredible donations which are then priced ridiculously high (see £32 for a used GAP dress). From looking at the other reviews - it seems numerous people have come across the young manager who seems to have zero customer service skills and a stinking attitude.

Such a lovely shop with so much items and so clean! Usually charity shops has its distinctive scent but this shop really dis not and it felt like I was in a boutique cute quirky place that has everything you need.There were good measures for covid with hand sanitisers and directions on the floor which helped as well. Would love to come back again to buy some lovely products! Highly recommend 🙂

Brogan is Massively rude and a disgrace for people trying to support the shelter. Changing room was out of order but not locked or anything indicating except a sign in black and white. She scolded my child horribly and rude manner. She needs to be fired. I asked if I could put clothes on the counter so I could hang the clothes we weren’t getting again rude no I am closing, 3:51, she really doesn’t want to be at this job and needs to move on to be something else. What a terrible human to yell at a sweet 8 year old. I hope the people in charge realize how rude she is to customers.

Exceptionally rude cashier. I have been supporting this charity shop as long as it’s been open- and a very nasty reception and exchange with the girl on the till. I know that charity shops rely on volunteers and I have been one myself but nastiness to paying members of the public is really not on
