These people are angels!! They have not only helped me through my darkest times but have supported me every single step of the way and gone above and beyond with everything!! If you are struggling with housing issues, these are the people to deal with to help! I want to say a big thank you to Claire Dawson for everything! She has been a rock through a hard time! Seriously, thank you to all the staff for everything and if im ever rich and famous... I will massively pay this place because places like this, need to stay open!! They are more helpful than Howden house!!

Useless. Was given generic advice over the phone and as soon as they went over it with me the operator said "anyway, is there anything else?". Basically if you're a single male in the UK the practical advice is you can die under a bridge. You're on your own to hopefully secure a place from charities.
