I gave these details to a tenant.
In England shelter is a charity which has government contracts and tax free donations.
They pay huge directors salaries and a lot on advertising, to get more donations...
They have a good general website but,
THEY DO NOT OWN OR LET OUT ANY PROPERTIES.
Therefore they have no real experience of being landlords, yet they say what the public want to hear to vilify good landlords and influence government legislation.
In NI your housing is not governed by English law and basically, your landlords can do whatever they like.

On 17 june 2022 rang several times between 2pm and 3pm. No one answering in Belfast office. Disappointing.
