Shire Oaks Court Home in Walsall is a place to be if you’re looking for conscientious, friendly, dedicated and supportive nursing professionals and care staff to look after yourself and even your loved ones. The management team leaves no stone unturned at ensuring staff are constantly equipped with relevant skills and knowledge to do better. Family and relatives are given ample opportunities to spend quality time with their loved ones and they have managed to get the family to stay in touch with everyday activities in the home via the famileo app. Shire Oaks Court has really been the best thing to happen to Walsall and the environment is serene and beautiful, equipped with state of the art technology and modern facilities to bring the utmost experience geared at making everyday better for the residents. You can be sure that your loved ones are going to have lots of fun with well curated activities that are individually and collectively designed by themselves for themselves and given the opportunity to see the world around them as they desire. This is the place to be.

Living locally, we have experienced inappropriate behaviour. When contacting the home on more than one occasion. We were told someone would get back to us. This was not done. The constant shouting throughout the night is getting difficult to cope with.
The response I have just had from calling the home and speaking to somone about a resident swearing and shouting in the garden is just unacceptable.

The constant screaming and swearing throughout the day and night especially when there is a school right by and you can't even have your own windows open or sit in the garden when you have screaming and awful language and when you speak to staff they just laugh at you and say its not there problem
