Second visit to see if things had changed after our first visit 2 weeks ago.
Sadly this time all the volunteers decided to single my mother and myself out for asking for extra sweet despite them serving others multiple times and offering up front to others as they saw fit.
In front of all Diners then the whole temple they said things like this isn't a restaurant!
Another review says they server as much as you want.
They're clearly prejudiced against people.

They also tried to get heavy with my disabled mother who walked out of the dining area with a glass of chaas and for talking to a lady in the kitchen who was at the door so knew my mum and was happily talking to my mum.... but power hungry people struck again

In a temple of all places.
Despicable treatment of visitors... completely against any basic courtesy and humanity especially in a place of worship.

I'm shocked that the management have not even reached out about this behaviour in this c particular temple.

These people need serious training and education in common manners to begin with. Let alone operating a charity or temple.

Reply to the person who has his facts wrong:

Firstly you are absolutely 💯 wrong about who was making any noise. Let's see the CCTV.

SECONDLY no one went up 4 times as you claim... even if someone did your establishment is unbelievably rude and offensive and have no manners.
If am elderly disabled person happens to walk out with a disposable cup in her hands that's your failure.

Further you stop chaas at the table but allow water... what logic is there to this?

The level of disrespect and offensiveness that your treat visitors with is shocking in this Country. I don't know where anyone would tolerate such intolerance. You give Hindus a bad name.

No manners no training no knowledge no decency no compassion no understanding

But plenty of ego and power tripping and lowly defensiveness of such behaviour in your establishment.

There is a history of this here I have come to know and no matter how many 5 star reviews you encourage the truth is here.

This temple is a blessing for lots and lots of people.
I come here almost everyday for the prayers & Prasadam.
It’s been absolutely amazing atmosphere. The priests, Staffs are very polite. Always willing to help us.
Prasadam here is always fresh, delicious & unlimited.

The temple atmosphere is very spiritual. Being from ISKCON background I find spiritual peace at the Jalaram temple. Even my daughter is also attached to the temple & devotees here. This temple is a real blessing in Hounslow. I see people from all the backgrounds come to the temple & there is no discrimination in cast or religion. Everyone is treated the same way.
There are always Bhajans played in the temple which we can absorb ourselves.

Ofcourse every temple has their own rules and regulations to maintain the spiritual sanctity. So we must follow the temple regulations & instructions from the volunteers
Please come & Pray at the temple than being a trouble maker. This will please the Lord &
See the difference it makes in our life. !!!

Jai Shree Krishna

Jai Jalaram. !!!

A Humble Haven of Compassion

Inspired by the life of Jalaram Bapu, a saint known for feeding the hungry regardless of background, the Jalaram Jupdi temple offers a welcoming space for all. This modest temple, though small, provides a serene atmosphere for prayer and celebrations.

Nourishing Minds and Bodies:
The temple offers delicious Gujarati meals to all visitors, emphasizing the importance of sharing and minimizing food waste. A reasonably priced tiffin service is also available (advance notice recommended).

Supporting the Mission:
The temple relies solely on donations and volunteer support. Consider contributing to their weekly grocery needs or providing sunflower oil, a staple in their kitchen.

Experience the Spirit of Jalaram:
Visit the Jalaram Jupdi temple to experience the spirit of compassion and community service firsthand.

A place of worship for Hindus. We visit it regularly as a family. One aspect that stood out was their daily prasad service during lunchtime, a wonderful way to engage with the spiritual community. I also appreciated how the mandir celebrates a diverse range of festivals, making it a vibrant hub of cultural and religious activities. Good for people to connect to their roots and teach their children all about their culture .I feel very calm whenever I visit the temple.

A pious, devotional and peaceful place of worship for Hindus dedicated to Saint Shree Jalaram Bapa from Virpur, Gujarat, India famous for his highly charitable food donations to all without discrimination. The temple celebrates all major festivals with melodious devotional bhajans sung by eminent artists in Gujarati and Hindi. The priest is very good and helpful with calm demeanour and also a sense of humour. Unique here is the most delicious bhojan prasad served lovingly by the volunteers, mostly women, in a hygienic and clean way every day (lunch) at the times specified punctually. There are comfortable chairs for men and women in the dining hall which is so clean always. Prasad is served as much as one wants but wastage is strongly discouraged, quite rightly.
The temple is excellently managed, mostly by women who do a splendid job. Everytime I visited this place, I saw a young lady(I am sorry that I do not know the name), probably the Temple Director or Chief Executive Officer who is highly efficient and effective besides being considerate, she proactively supports the elderly, disabled and those with children. I am immensely grateful to the Director, staff including the priest and the wonderful women volunteers for their invaluable services. Thank you for the festivities, bhajans, aarthi and the delicious sumptuous mahaprasad at noon. Given the high quality of management of this temple and its trustworthiness, I would urge the fellow devotees to consider, besides regular donations, offering bequeaths and endowments for lasting service to people in the footsteps of great Saint Jalaram who propounded worldwide the value of giving, helping and sharing with all in an inclusive manner. Jai Jalaram

This was our first time coming here. The food was very nice but the canteen staff(and staff in general) were very, very impolite and rude. My husband was not even watching his phone and the staff told him off(in the dining room). Another incident occured when my husband was drinking some lassi in the hall and the staff told him to drink somewhere else and go outside, though it was a food area. It was not even busy at the time. I dont know her name, however she was wearing a red dress.

Even though we all donate at the temple, they seem to take it for granted.

Finally, I would NEVER recommend my friends or family to go there.
Embarrassing for my first time🙄🙄. Definitely need to improve their service

Easily accessible as it's just off Stains Road. Temple is well managed by the current priest and small group of staffs. Current priest is very well mannered and welcoming to the worshippers. We've been to the temple after 2 years, stopped going there due to the awkward behaviour of the previous priest who used to come in with his grand daughter to the temple. Many of our friends including us stopped going there due to his poor conduct. Hope temple management has taken the cognizance of the matter and he is off the schedule.
