Been with rural 13 years...your report a repair , dosent get done in THEIR time frame which is in the handbook. And when it does get done is bodge!..(quote by contracter)

Been promised a new bathroom/kitchen/window and door after 10 years is will be done cheaply!..take the promised as a pinch of salt..talk but no action as long as you pay the rent👍
Good thing they leave you alone unless your behind on the rent...lol
