They are very helpful and gave us an appointment very quickly. They really ensure families are looked after and keep in regular contact with us. We had some issues with the council and they helped us resolve it

Very professional and kind staff with alot of humanity.Gave an ear to clients with much dignity and respect. Shout out to these ladies one was a junior the other was senior but would advise you put on badges with your names. The manager closed the door in my face after refusing to help me at Monday 16/5/2022 My papers were from the council they have in the office and they must be delivered this week. There is a deadline for the papers at 17/5/2022 after this date tribunal. When I called ask them for Complaints email. the manager threatened me not to call them and that he would call the police. Why is a refugee threatening when they call the refugee office and my papers have been stuck with them since last Wednesday 11/5/2022. and after time later they sent an email so that if I file a complaint they get themselves out of the matter.

I ask for help for a refugee who help me for a number of years in the notorious moria camp on lesvos, he now finds himself on the list for Rwanda and he needs basically some moral support and a friendly face, I've helped and still helping thousands of refugees and I work seven days a week for the past eight years in lesvos and for me personally I think its disgusting that when you ask for help all you get is a automated message and nothing else

They are not cooperative and you cannot book an appointment or communicate with them, as they are skilled at closing the phone in the face of the caller!!!!
