READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING FOR A CONTRACT.
If you are going to sign for a contract firstly, do this with the gym in Ashton Vale since they offer cheaper options than the gym here and you will have access to this gym regardless.
Secondly, actually check to see the gym. It is pretty tiny and impossible to get a space during the student season.
For what I paid for this membership, I could have got an M2M contract in Ashton Vale and cancelled my membership ages ago. Instead I got myself into a 12 month contract which they refused to let me out of despite contacting them just 1 day after the cooling off period.

Great location, staff are all so friendly. Have really enjoyed PT sessions with Marcus for powerlifting. Super knowledgeable and wrote me a great program - never felt so strong!

I was assured that my membership was cancelled and it would not auto-renew only to check my credit card at the end of the year to discover I had paid them hundreds of pounds for a membership I was told wouldn't continue. There was no way to get the money back despite the fact their system shows I didn't enter the gym at all in that time. The poor organisation of this gym has cost me so much that they refuse to acknowledge or reimburse and hundreds of trustpilot reviews say the same about snap fitness gyms across the country.

I couldn’t recommend snap fitness enough, it is an affordable and friendly gym with a good selection of machines and classes to do.

I did the PT taster session with Shauna when I joined and really enjoyed it! So much so that I have continued to have sessions with her ever since and have made great progress in only 8 weeks both physically and mentally! I would 100% recommend joining Shauna for your fitness journey

Not a great gym. The only thing they have going for it is the location as it's the only one in the area which made it slightly even worth the high price and the 2 stars

It is quite small, always queues for equipment, people are notorious for leaving plates and dumbbells everywhere and no special bonuses like a pool or sauna which you'd expect paying £50 a month.

Also I got injured in their gym and when I tried to cancel, they force you to pay for another month! I’m injured, what am I paying for? Outrageous

Love this gym. They've created a great community with regular social events. Staff and PTs are all lovely and happy to help wherever they can. As a very anxious person joining a gym, it was important I found the right one for me. I feel safe and comfortable in this space

A great gym in a perfect location that is always clean and bright with a wonderful range of equipment and very friendly staff. Marcus Jones is an incredible PT and have become significantly stronger and more confident since I started training in the gym over 6 months ago. Great range of classes too, supportive gym environment and fun social events. Have also found the gym really welcoming as a woman without the toxic bro type environment that you can experience in a lot of fitness facilities. Having gone to numerous gyms in Canada and the UK this is definitely one of my favs!

I've always felt intimidated by the gym, but I have felt so welcome here and everyone is so friendly. The gym is quite small but doesn't feel overly busy, and I like that it's a smaller space. It definitely made it feel less overwhelming when I joined.
I did the PT taster with Henry which was great. He's very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease as a beginner. I've continued with PT sessions with him and I already feel like I'm making good progress
