8 leaks from flats above. Poorly maintained building by my landlords Sovereign. All the social housing flats in this property need work and updating.

This time front door completely wet from leak above had to get an emergency carpenter to get the door open.

Sovereign do not finish repairs when they start them. Erect scaffolding to repair windows then the works are not done! What a waste of money. Obviously tax payers and Isle of Wight council have to cover this.

Ive been trying to find out who in management I can talk to about a issue with a neibour that's brewing plus they refuse to do anything about the constant stink of cannibis thar pours out of one of the flats day & night. Can someone please get me in contact with someone who hasn't got their head up their a***

I can't believe the state of the flat that sovereign housing allowed me to move into.
My marriage failed and the family home was in perfect condition when it was time to hand it back to sovereign.
Sovereign doesn't like single people in a three bedroom house!
Let me take time out to explain the state of my flat on robin hood street.
No ceiling in outhouse!rain getting in and destroyed my washing machine 😒
All walls wasn't sealed.
Three doors hanging from one hinge.
No safety floor in bathroom.
Toilet wasn't fixed to floor.
Toilet leaking.
Wrong size shower hose,when used it flooded the bathroom.
Three and a half tons of rubbish was at the bottom of my garden.
Outhouse needed repointing.
New lintel above outhouse back door.
I was road to leave a slight gap in windows because this flat has history of going black with mold..the flat is on pan estate...why would I leave a window open.
Also sovereign knows that the flat is a converted house and its most definitely not a maisonette as they put it down as
Sovereign didn't take time out to put some sort of noise buffer in my ceilings.
I can hear everything thats said from my neighbour above.
I can hear him using the toilet and I can also hear him when ever his girlfriend let's him have fun!!
You can't make or have any personal conversation over the phone.
Its like living in your childhood home when ya mother shouts out...Will you stop thumping around up there!!
So why is it when you ask a simple question to sovereign and it takes the best part of three and a half months for the answer because one person isn't reading their emails or not responding and then you are stuffed up by their ten day no phone back rules?
I've got soooo much more I can rattle off on this review site but as I'm typing this I'm losing the will to live 🙃
Im very pleased with all of my hard work that ive put into the flat,6 months almost of nonstop decorating.
Sovereign unfortunately reflects our poor government and all the cuts.
Yes im lucky to have a roof above my head but what a horrific journey 😢 that sovereign put me through.
Before I go.....sovereign staff that take the phone calls are fantastic and they have been more than understanding and very helpful indeed,they perfect 👌
Its the powers above that effects us all.

Useless. Been waiting over a year for new windows as ours have moisture between the panes and because they are the windows that open and not the main viewing one, Spectrum have refused to replace them, yet one of our neighbours has brand new windows throughout. Our bathroom sink tap was leaking and they told me to check up how to repair it on YouTube instead of coming out to replace it. Not happy at all with their service.

I have received disability discrimination and abuse at the Hands of the local office (Isle of Wight) for a period of over 3 years.

I have finally had enough after a false VIP status (trouble tenant) was applied to my name.

Hopefully the guys at sovereign head office will correct this before I am forced to open proceedings in court.

My advise when dealing with sovereign management on the Isle of Wight is record everything. As the management are prone to false reporting.

Been waiting almost 5 months to do home exchange if there this bad I dread what they will be like will simple things. Really need to get the act together. I would not even give the a star

Telephone lines are dreadful, got from 27th in the queue to 2nd In the queue before getting cut off and when I phoned again I was back to 22nd in the queue. I’m a new tenant so not good as I only want to let them know that their gas engineer was knocking at the wrong door and drove off !!!!!

Always been helpful for me . Could do with putting opening times for lugley house on here
