The accommodation itself is awful. Dirty, unkempt and way too small for the capacity, as other tenants do not respect shared space or maintaining cleanliness in the house. Doors constantly slamming shut (no respite) with no sound proofing. Showers were always cold and there were silverfish and mould in the bathroom. I'd think the price would be low for this standard but it's very expensive for the low quality accomodation. Glad I left when I did but would NOT recommend staying here (unless you are desperate and there's literally no other place you can find). Only good thing was location.

Staying in a flat of four bedrooms here during my study at University of Leicester. Happy to meet some international students here. Good option to stay but some I have bad experience that my bike was stolen when I went home for holiday.

Room: was very clean and well maintained and I got a welcoming package with 2 towels, toilet paper, a nice pen, and a couple of coffee/tea bags; efficient soundproofing; very useful and handy sink in room; enough storage (especially if you are staying any where around 1-3 months)
Kitchen: everything worked well and there was a fan oven; very clean; the fridge was TOO small for a 4-bed appartement; OKAY-ish amount of utensils but wok was rusty/not useable and some essential utensils were missing such as a can opener, for example.
Bathroom & toilets: very clean but had a tiny amount of mould; water pressure was about right.
Laundry service: free and available on site 24/7. Washers and Dryers are big and you can do a few weeks laundry in one go.
Reception services: amazing! I was let in hours before the usual check-in time; got my packages signed for and kept safe; very friendly and helpful staff.
A cleaning lady came on a weekly basis to clean common areas/bleach the toilets and leave some garbage bags (one week nothing was cleaned for some reason).
Overall: a very convenient place to stay short term if you are starting work at LRI or visiting for another reason. I would recommend.

Good spot overall. I'm happy with it. Not many doctors stick around for more than 6 months. The rent covers everything including the utility, council tax and 40mbps internet.
Setting up direct debit is a breeze.
Security is solid, but watch those keys to avoid lockouts. During the day, no issues, but after hours, it can get pricey to regain access unless you have a flatmate connection.

The washing machine is fantastic. They have a dryer too. All included.

It's a quiet place with plenty of parking for cars and bikes. There's also a bicycle shed. Plus, it's close to LRI and the gym.

I've shared first 3 pics of single room, all to yourself. And next 4 pics of double room which can be used for family with your own spacious kitchen. Then finally the rest of the pics are the single room in a shared 4-bed flat. The study table there is a 55cm table. The kitchen is shared, I got a welcome kit when I moved in. The washing machine and dryers are on the ground floor and you need to time it well to find an empty machine to use. Weekends are the worst for this.

No warm water for showers, would not recommend living in this place, have contacted the office many times, issue still unresolved.
Have lived here for 4 years and it has only gotten worse and more expensive also.

Decent cheap accommodation, close to LRI and convenient. Bedrooms have their own sink available. 1 shower/toilet and 1 single toilet. Make sure to check rent pricing, I was charged differently to my flatmates even though we had the same contract.

Yes it may be a cheaper option, however the accommodation isnt worth the price at all. Staff are helpless most of the time. Had an issue with bees and wasps constantly swarming into the kitchen since there was a bee hive right outside - the staff refused to do anything about it the whole summer. They also refuse to respect people's property - a friend had a bike stolen and they did nothing about it despite having CCTV footage. Pay a few extra pounds a month and live in a much more decent place with much better service.

They are kind, but the accommodation is not at all worth the money you pay for, worse toilets flush never works every thing looks great from outside the flats... But inside u ll hate to the core
