This M.H. organisation & charity is a fantastic place to go. I use most of the Sociability services they offer. There are many to choose from. Music session's, art & craft, bingo, bikes to use around Wat Tyler country park & many more thing to do. There are also people there that are peer support trained, for help and assistance with any M.H. issues you may have if you want to share them and get things off your mind. They make you very welcome, staff & volunteers are very friendly. There is no pressure to do any of the activities at all, if you want to just go there for a chat or some company, there is always someone there to listen. They have a minibus which can pick you up and drop you off door to door, for a small fee. This is much cheaper than the train or a taxi. I've found Sociability such a great help with maintaining an ongoing positive mind and attitude. I look forward to going there each week.

Great concept, but just a warning, not advised for anyone that has health conditions mental health or physical health, any new people will just be used for funding, promised the world to secure and keep funding, and discriminated against once they suffer a health problem and its such a shame that they discriminate against physical health conditions of new service users as anyone new that has a physical health problem new or pre existing getting worse is just used to keep funding and isn't supportive,
