My experience is bitter sweet, I appreciate the 100% Disability Rating Benefit I received under your guidance but the transparency and clarity of any following cases or claims for my benefit went south.The VA garnished all my compensation allowance for the next 3 months, stating I didn’t respond to a corespondent request letter a little over a year ago,so they made a decision to cancel my compensation. I was hoping you would come to bat for me to avoid such decisions like this and now I’m going through an eviction process, this hurts ?

I struggled with the V A for many years and then I was at Kaiser and another vet gave me their number. This probably was the best thing that could have happened to me. in 1969 when I was discharged, the doctor said there because I was complaining I couldn’t remember things did I just had a little shell shock as we know it now as PTSD
I am so thankful for Oliver Jason and everybody at Social advocate they help me get through this and that will help you get through it. I got backpay and I am now 100% which I am so thankful for.
If you’re not sure, just give them a call one little call could make the difference for the rest of your life

Oliver Jahizi took on my case with the VA in 2017 to increase my disability rating set 20 years previously. SSA handled the supplemental claim superbly and initially resulted in an increase from 30 percent service connected to 90 percent service connected disability. They then appealed that decision in 2018 and stewarded the appeal process to a 100 percent service connected disability rating in 2024, and a back pay and allowances restitution of over 100k. Oliver and his team are the best. Thank you very much SSA for never giving up and fighting with me for a fair and just result.

I wasn't having much success and was stuck at ten percent. I met a couple veterans who advised me to contact Social Service Advocates and am I glad I did. I was treated with courtesy and respect and although the process was slow I was awarded 100 percent and back pay.

The service to veterans is outstanding. The VA takes forever to do anything. Mr. Jahizi and the rest of his staff kept me posted every step of the way. I never felt alone during this whole process. Through their hard work and dedication to veterans, they were able to secure a 100% VA disability. I recommend Social Service Advocates to every veteran. The ONLY drawback is that parking is difficult at best at the West Los Angeles location. Small price to pay for all of the great service you get. SSA, you are the best!
