Social Sponge is very simple and easy to operate. Brought every necessary things into one platform, and very smooth to use. Bookings, Scheduling, Marketing and making templates with AI is very smooth to use here. The support team are also very active and responsive. A very useful tool to expand your business in less time.

Nothing but scammers. Recently signed up with Social Sponge aka Scamming Sponge. After signing up and paying, i received leads that were USELESS and were dead leads. I then requested to have my account closed, and to be refunded after paying a lot of money for this to help grow my business - they have again now taken another lump sum of money from my account after I’ve already requested a month ago to have everything cancelled and closed - the service from Social Sponge is absolutely appalling, they lie and ignore anything you have to say to them and consistently say they cannot take a call. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Set up the account really quick and got my ai automations running with leads being recieved within 18 hours ! would recommend to anyone looking to gather more leads but also have a crm in place to help capture them! i also find having all my social media on one app so good as i don't have to flick through every app. So far so good only minor improvments which i've mentioned to the team but that's just me being picky!

Good crm good automations easy to use once you get use to it - training was good too and always message them for quick response / help - id recommend people to sign up for the onboarding they do as the one I had to connect all my stuff but ended up paying them to do it as it’s quite tricky

Signed us up for a trial, couldn't deliver the training they promised during the trial, so was forced to cancel.

Very unhelpful when trying to resolve

The software very well may be great, but the lack of support made it impossible to stick with them.
