It's a charity organisation. I visited their coffee shop that is open to the public three or four days a week.
Astonishingly, they make the best pizza. I loved the atmosphere of the place and the treatment from the staff.
I really recommend you to visit the place.

Great staff with decent facilities.

The music-tech side of Soft Touch is near flawless. The community is very welcoming and it's a fun experience.

Unfortunately the art department suffers from a lack of funding.

In the past they taught multiple crafts such as pencil art, painting, graphics etc.

Sessions have been cut, there isn't nearly enough time to learn what you want or what the staff want to teach.

The building feels as though it's stuck in the early 2010's

For as good as the staff are, it always frustrated me.

If the staff got funded to run their courses and the building got a renovation into the modern era, they would without a doubt be the best arts outlet in Leicester.

I went to see the extended part of the Leicester Punk culture exhibition which is currently being shown at New Walk Museum. Had a warm welcome and introduction by the staff with a lot of additional exhibits, memorabilia and information to enjoy. Well worth visiting after going to the museum opposite.

The specials are my favourite so delicious, the coffee & Pizza is pretty good, The chocolate Brownie was very good, the staff are really friendly & helpful, I would definitely recommend this place 2 others. I think what this place does for young adults is amazing so that's why I will continue to go there & support this place.

I look after a student with disabilities he broke up a palett sanded it down with help, put a name on it and coloured it in with supervision. You could make spiders or hedgehogs and they had set up a sensory room. Cafe is run by young adults with disabilities the food was delicious I had chilli hallumi wrap with salad and mickey had cheese pizza with pesto both were delicious and well priced. They also did a gluten free option and vegan option. Was very relaxed and happy atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Was good to see young adults taking on the role of front of house Amy who did an excellent job and the staff in the kitchen. I was very impressedx

We tried to go to the cafe a number of times, that had a sign saying it was open and no staff members were there behind the till every time we visited the place was completely empty or just had a few non staff members walking around. The place also seems to close out of hours listed.
