A warm welcome awaits you here. Although I dont have MS I came to try the Oxygen therapy for another health issue. Theres always someone for a chat and the kettles always on. They also doe physiotherapy for MS patient's here.

I do not use the medical facillities but they run a charity area where you can Dropbox of items for them to sell and look foritems i did not know i needef. One table you llave a donation and sone are priced. I would recomend taking household ítem and toys here

Mike ,Clare and their volunteers run this amazing support therapy centre. To me the care and being part of a group supporting one another makes this an exceptional, stand out from the crowd little group. Between them they have a wealth of knowledge and contacts which during your battle helps enormously. An every ready tea, coffee,biscuit and a chat is a credit to them. Donations and fundraising events are also constant. Every effort being made to keep this local (GEM) Centre enabling it to continue to offer these fantastic facilities to those in need.

Great resource centre supporting those of us managing MS. The main event is focussed around the hyperbaric oxygen chamber but their is always advice available not to mention a hot drink and if you get your timing right maybe a cake too. As a self funded charity they work with local NHS services to support this with MS in the region. I turned up by bike and was pleased to find a cycle parking space. A friendly welcome too. The centre is visited by a range of complimentary and alternative therapists.

What a revelation! After the despair of a MS diagnosis,to go the MSTherapy Centre and find,not only
a beautifully appointed and professionaly run Centre but lots of optimistic,forward looking folk who are only too pleased to help in any way. Coping with MS is made much more bearable when you know there are people like these willing to advise and encourage.
PS. They also make a damn fine cup of tea !!

Great place to go if you have MS, the oxygen therapy really helps! Great for rescorces and other classes. Highly recommend to pop in even if it's just for a chat

The centre and the amazing staff are a welcome light at the end of what can be a very long and dark tunnel at times ,always a happy and smiling face with a nice cuppa if wanted ,can't praise them enough, many thanks.

The Solent MS Therapy Centre is a completely self funded organisation. All the staff and members work so hard to raise the funds needed for the Centre to continue helping so many people.
