Sonja’s Zoom yoga classes have been an absolute lifeline for me during lockdown. Her positive and supportive nature combined with her brilliantly planned classes have kept my body and mind in order whilst being stuck at home.
I have missed having the regular massages I used to book in for and can’t wait until I am able to have another one. I regularly suffer from tight shoulders and a sore back and Sonja made me feel like my back had been unlocked. It was always such a joy to walk out of Sonja’s treatment room with the spring back in my step.

I've met Sonja Lockyer trough a Qoya practice and I will be always grateful. I am still following her weekly Qoya class and it has changed my life. It is such an important rendez vous for me!
