I have experienced exemplary care from this service, and I have received shockingly bad care.

There is no in-between.

There's zero point in escalating a complaint, however, because I've discovered, to my cost, that nothing good ever comes from it. The NHS closes ranks, protecting its own.

It always feels worse, though, when the unpleasant behaviour occurs in your own home. It really does feel like a violation.

Unfortunately, I can't give a better review because of the negative experiences I have received from staff here, some of whom have acted disgracefully.

I have experienced a fair bit of blatant anti-male sentiment, too, which appears to go unchallenged.

Just because someone works on the frontline doesn't give them a free pass to speak to others how they like.
