Recently started and can say it’s very motivating. The trainers are all very supportive and there’s lots of guidance on how to use the machines safely and effectively. All the people attending are friendly and they also help you out. Feel a positive difference after the first few sessions.

Wow! What an amazing start I’ve had to 2025, by joining Lee and his team at South Coast Fitness.
Everyone at SCF is friendly and encouraging, I feel able to work at my ability without feeling any embarrassment.
There is a wide range of ages and abilities, and the gym enables everyone to reach their potential, ensuring you do everything correctly to negate injury.
The training I’ve received is fantastic, from Lee, Dean and Zac. Although I attend group sessions the time given individually has been enormous.
My best experience of a gym. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this gym and Lee and his team.
Lee is highly experienced, is able to explain nutrition, lifestyle goals as well as training to enable you to get the most out of joining!

I recently completed a 6-week program at South Coast Fitness, and it was a fantastic experience! Lee and Dean were incredible instructors who not only taught me how to use the machines properly but also introduced me to a variety of workouts and crucial nutrition tips. I noticed great changes in my body, and my clothes fit so much better!

The environment at South Coast Fitness is truly supportive. Everyone encouraged each other, which really boosted my confidence in returning to the gym. I would 100% recommend this program to anyone looking to make a positive change.

Even as the program wrapped up, Lee was genuinely helpful, offering tips and advice without any pressure to join the yearly membership. I would love to continue full-time, but finances just wouldn’t allow it. Overall, a top-notch experience and I’ll definitely rejoin in the future!

I started SCF with a few clear goals in mind. To lose body fat, familiarise myself in a gym setting again, and to become the best version of myself for my wedding this year. I can honestly say that SCF has not only met, but exceeded my expectations! 5 weeks in and I can happily say I've seen the best results in years!

What I didn't expect however, was to be welcomed by the best people: Lee, the trainers and other members. This was such an added bonus that I think many gyms lack. I’m so grateful for the positive and motivating environment here—everyone is so supportive, and it really pushes me to keep improving.

The facilities are top-notch – clean, spacious, and the alternate group classes to keep things exciting and challenging.
The trainers are so knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to help you push your limits.

I’ve achieved everything I set out to do and more! Highly recommend this gym if you’re serious about hitting your fitness goals!

SCF is a truly special place for many reasons; the positive impact this community has made to my physical and mental health is profound. The team are some of the most supportive, caring and fun individuals I have ever met. Lee, Dean and Luke all go above and beyond to encourage us to reach our full potential whilst offering their knowledge and guidance about both training and nutrition. I think what stands out most to me is how genuine they are. From the start, Lee has been incredibly approachable and understanding - he is just a really down to earth person. As a type 1 diabetic, I have struggled to maintain my blood sugars when changing exercise regimes regularly and what has been so wonderful here is that I can add variety to my routines whilst keeping consistency. This has changed my life greatly and I will be forever grateful for this.

Walking into SCF is hands down one of the best decisions I have made for myself in years, my only regret is not starting sooner! Nervous and a complete novice when it came to anything fitness, diet or weights related, I was instantly put at ease by Lee, Dean and Luke. All hugely knowledgeable, encouraging and on hand whenever to answer questions and to support your journey throughout. This is the first gym I have ever walked into and instantly felt comfortable. The team are the most friendly and inspiring bunch I have met, with lots of banter and laughs to keep you going. I enjoy every session that I do, they are varied and fun and I really feel like I achieve something every time I’m there. I only intended on staying for 6 weeks but have loved it so much and have seen such great results, I’m now signed up as a full time member of the team and can’t wait to see how far I can progress. I highly recommend South Coast Fitness to anyone wanting a new challenge.

Lee and his team at SC Fitness are simply superb – you will not be disappointed 🙂

Whether you are a newbie to the gym scene, have faced obstacles such as injury or just fed up with the sterile impersonal feel of the corporate chains, this is a fantastic place to take your first or experienced next step.

Lee is a true master of his craft, a real professional, whose expert knowledge of fitness, technique and nutrition is second to none. He is thoughtful, measured, asks brilliant questions, supports and always motivates – all in order to guide you effectively as you work towards your personal goals.

A warm welcome will greet you not only from Lee and the team, but also from the friendly and supportive community who train. I’m in my 50s and I have never been a ‘gym bunny’ (for me personally, a place to be avoided in the past!) but SCF is very different – now it is a pleasure to attend.

I started with PT sessions to build core strength & stability, something I’d not achieved before due to limitations from surgery. Lee’s patience and tailored approach was perfect for me, for the first time I have really noticed the difference. I feel stronger, energised and more agile in my movement. I’ve now ‘graduated’ to the classes and I haven’t looked back.

Just starting out with SCF to improve my fitness and loose some weight. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lee is very professional and encouraging. The sessions are fun, challenging and good for all abilities. The equipment is amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this gym.
