I cannot recommend Ashleigh’s sessions highly enough! I started them a few weeks ago and they have changed the way I think about my pregnancy. I feel so much better, definitely more positive and confident after the sessions. I think this is due in large part to the care and support that Ashleigh offers in these really special sessions. Having the check in at the beginning is lovely to be able to share how our week has been and to hear about how other women are enjoying their different stages of pregnancy. The yoga and relaxation leaves me feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Thank you 🙏

I’m so glad I started these classes during my first pregnancy, I just wish I had started sooner! It was such a special time each week to switch off from work etc and focus on yourself and connect with your baby. It’s a great way to chat to other mums to be and have a little check-in each week.
Ashleigh is such a wonderful teacher and creates such a calming atmosphere. I had her playlist on repeat during labour to recreate the relaxing vibes 👌.
The classes are a perfect mix of gentle exercise, breath work and relaxation. I will be recommending them to every pregnant lady I know and look forward to joining her other classes ♥️ .

I highly recommend Ashleigh’s pregnancy yoga classes! I am currently pregnant with my first baby , and have been attending these weekly sessions for the last couple of weeks and it has been such a wonderful way to focus on myself and my baby, and make time for us. It’s lovely to step away from the busyness of day to day life and to truly relax. The classes help ease pregnancy aches and pains while providing a much-needed sense of calm after a long day at work. It’s also been lovely to connect with other mums-to-be, sharing experiences and support along the way. Ashleigh is incredibly supportive, offering valuable advice during our pre-class catch-ups. We recently completed the Hypnobirthing 2 day course with Ashleigh, we are so glad that we did the course. Going into it I was feeling anxious about the birth and had no idea what I wanted/what my true options were surrounding the birth. We came away with lots of knowledge on what labour entails, how to prepare as a couple & how my partner can advocate for me during labour, as well as birthing positions and relaxation/breathing tools to help make the birth as pleasant and safe as possible for myself and baby.

I also love going to the pregnancy yoga class which ties in so nicely with the Hypnobirthing course and is helping me and my body feel as prepared as possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed antenatal yoga sessions with Ashleigh. It was a highlight of my week during pregnancy having the chance to focus on relaxation, bonding with baby and preparing for labour. My weekly Pregnancy yoga sessions with the lovely Ashleigh played a huge part in my pregnancy journey, supporting my mind and body throughout. I have always been very active before pregnancy and I wanted to continue to move my body and to feel confident throughout my pregnancy. This class did just that! The yoga playlist became a go to playlist to relax at home, also in Labour. Being able to take elements of our sessions and use them in our birth without even trying. Also had the chance to meet other mums to be at the sessions catch up and feel supported. I would recommend this class to any new mummas to be. Thank you, Sarah + new baby
