Common Park in Southampton is a fantastic green escape, offering wide-open spaces perfect for walking, picnics, and outdoor activities. I go to The Common for parkrun sometimes. Always lots of people about. Usually a Bootcamp or Yoga class happening, doesn’t interfere with anyone else as there’s so much public space! There’s a decent sized children’s play park, a big pond, lots of footpaths with markings for runners. There are also multiple big Biffa bins, essential! Have your wits about you though as it is Southampton City Centre.

We went for a walk in the morning, and it was truly enjoyable. It's amazing to have such a place right in the city.

Go up
