I went in to southend in sight with my dad this week. He is severely sight impaired and struggles reading anything anymore even with the strongest magnifiers . We spoke to Coralie who was amazing. We came out with a fantastic magnifying machine that is enabling dad to read letters and other things again for himself. Most importantly when I left him he was looking at his father's day cards using the magnifier and also family photos which was so lovely for us to see as well as him.
I highly recommend going to speak to the people at southend in sight if you are having issues with your sight. Hopefully they can help you like they've helped our dad.
