Huge thank you to Natasha at Space NK Guildford who spent over an hour with me today guiding me through buying new makeup. She listened to my preferences but also helped me choose makeup and colours that better suit me, and didn't judge me for my utter makeup cluelessness. Lovely staff and lovely shop but not a lot of organisation or maybe communication within their team I feel.
I came on Saturday before close and bought a few items. I ended up being incorrectly charged I think and not all the items were given to me after I paid for them and they were on my receipt. There was definitely a fault with their till system, or mistake. Maybe they were rushing as it was closing time, they all mentioned that their day had been very busy and hectic. I was already on the way home when I realised I didn’t have all the items and something was wrong, so I rang the store at 5:50pm to explain to them the situation. I can’t remember the name of who I spoke to but they apologised, expressed that they had a chaotic day and told me that they’d pass it on and told me to come in the next day and would give me the missing item. I drove all the way back the next day (Sunday), I spoke with the store manager who said to me that they didn’t know and weren't told about the situation. They basically assumed I was lying I think and that I had been given the item ? Not a nice reception. Which doesn’t make sense as i drove all the way back just for one item that I already paid for and could prove it ? They went upstairs while I waited, they were quite a while so I left the store in the end. I let someone else who worked in the store know that I had been waiting a while and had to go due to a parking time limit.
Overall I’m a bit upset as going to space NK is a treat for me and this experience was just not great in conclusion.

I had a lovely time with Robyn today, she helped me find the best skincare and make up products to suit my needs. She must have spent nearly an hour with me but at no point did she make me feel hurried or pressured to make a purchase, which of course meant I ended up buying more! But all products I know will work for me thanks to her time and expertise - thank you Robyn!

I was quickly greeted by Charlie the moment I entered the shop. Charlie has a very cheerful, dedicated, and knowledgeable approach. I was looking through the candles, and Charlie is so well familiar with the products. Am happy that Charlie actually introduced me to the Replica range of scents. Very interesting！Left the shop without buying anything as I couldn't decide on the scents to purchase, yet Charlie was still very polite and cheerful. Outstanding service. Thanks, Charlie！ Will be back soon！
