I signed up for the six week beginners yoga class and am absolutely loving it! The teacher (Louise) is great - the perfect mix of friendly, encouraging and professional. It's a safe and friendly environment, with no feeling of being rushed or having to do anything my body is not ready/able to do. I'm surprised how much I've learned already in such a short space of time, so I've already booked myself on to the next course 😊 Very highly recommended.

A fantastic yoga studio. Jules is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Her classes blend philosophy with breathwork and sound to get a really holistic practice. Every week I feel I'm learning new poses and come out of class invigorated. A wonderful community of people to practice with too.

I love my weekly yoga practice at Space to Move. It leaves me feeling relaxed, limber and happy. I attend Yoga Flow with Joules on Wednesday afternoons.
I also enjoy sound bathing with Cathy, always a grounding experience which puts me in touch with my spiritual energy.

Such a beautiful zen spot in central Plymouth. I have done yoga, somatic dance, sister circles, sound baths and workshops here over the years and I keep coming back time and time again. It's a stunning space, very welcoming teachers and I always leave feeling calm, peaceful and fulfilled.

Love love love this multiple award winning studio!. Both owners/instructors are warm, compassionate, kind and caring. Genuinely emboding a yogic way of being, they effortlessly weave small bites of spirituality into classes.
Together with other thoughtful instructors, they offer a variety of courses, workshops and classes.
As a person living with chronic disease, wether I'm on top of my game, or returning after an exacerbation, there's always something available.
If they did membership I'd be there every day!
