I adopted a male un-neutered rescue Staffie 5 weeks ago who is great with humans of all ages, but really needed help getting used to being around other dogs and not reacting aggressively. My dog Denzel and I had three sessions with Alistair who helped us with the basic agility set-up I have in the garden, and also brought over his own dogs so we could meet slowly, deal with reactivity, and go for a walk together in various locations. Our last session on West Common in Lincoln was very good as my dog started off nervously, but became more relaxed and at ease and enjoyed walking with other dogs. Very enjoyable for me too as Alistair really knows is way around dogs and shares a lot of helpful information.

I have been attending the Junior/ Adult group classes with Alistair. He keeps the classes to a managable level and makes sure he can give all the dogs and owners individual tuition as needed as well as keeping the lessons moving so you can get the best out of it. He gives clear instructions and will make sure you understand what he requires. The lessons allow for dogs to have some play time and water breaks as required and are made to feel fun. A great environment for learning.

Have worked with Alistair twice with our puppy hunter. We went to his puppy classes when Hunter was young, great for socialising and some amazing tips which really helped us. We recently brought Alistair in to help with Hunters separation anxiety and wow what a difference it has made. Alistair knows his stuff and is very patient with the dog as well as us as owners. Always willing to answer any questions over text or on Facebook, and a very fair price to. Thank you, we will continue to use Alistair if we have any more needs for a dog trainer!

The socialisation classes have been great for both our Visla and myself. Combining walking and training with other dogs and owners has really helped. We have just started basic gundog training with Alistair.
Alistair is enthusiastic, very patient and always happy to give guidance and help.

I have just been to my third training session with Alistair and my dog and I thoroughly enjoy it. There is plenty of time for her to socialise with other dogs and for me to learn how to train her effectively. The classes are fun and different each time and I have already learnt lots from Alistair. We both love to go!

Our first sessions with our small lab puppy at Alistair’s puppy socialisation class was good fun and confidence building for both us and our puppy. Lots of helpers meant everyone got personal attention and we will look forward to our next sessions with Alastair as our pup matures..

We called in Alistair after an incident with our German shepherd and our Japanese spitz. We were kept very well informed all through our meetings and he stayed in touch regularly to check on our progress. He is insightful, knowledgeable and patient, even coming on a walk with us to check their behaviour at one of our home visits. He had some great observations and ideas. Job well done. Thanks.
