What an annoying company you are and clearly not worth the money you are asking for at the moment when there is hardly any work. Got invited to an event (Gladiator 2) only to be told on the morning that is sold out and I should've booked. Well you should strive to communicate better to be worth the fees increase. Not good enough.

My experience with them has been one that has affected me mentally. I sent a reasonable, well considered complaint, and unexpectedly, it was met with complete hostility. There was no empathy or compassion. My family and friends read the emails, and they, too, were shocked by the response. There was no attempt to rectify the issues. In actual fact, the blame was directed at me. The attitude of the founder is both quite astonishing and alarming. We need another charity who is competent with customer care and considerate of all who use it and that will listen and understand people's complaints or concerns. There was a clear lack of communication and manners. Thank you for taking the time to read this. From a concerned Parent.

I always manage to find children's books, puzzles and games here for a low price.
It's smaller than your average charity shop but the most abundant in kiddies items. Regular visits are needed to get the most out of this shop.

1 star is being generous. I would never recommend this service as they are judgmental and get cases wrong for example not understanding when a child is on the protection register or need plan or case closed. Very unprofessional service. Also if you do a written complaint they never do anything about it they sweep it under the carpet. If I could I would give zero star

I would give a zero star rating if allowed.
### Be Warned! ###
Certain staff do not like being told where they are failing and even went as far as to call my 8 year old daughter a liar claiming that it was "an error in communication!"
Is it not their job to ensure that any instructions given to a child is understood and, if necessary, explained in a way to make sure that the child understands fully?
When I pointed out their failings, they reacted by banning me from the premises by claiming that I was using 'intimidating behaviour' and even made a report to social services about possible abuse of a minor.
As somebody that works with vulnerable children and adults, with all required background checks and training, I found this to be an unnecessary abuse of their position.
On the plus side, my daughter was removed from their care immediately and we've found a local private childminder that is amazing!
After making some enquiries, this is not an individual incident and The Popley Spotlight has had many unsatisfied parents/guardians remove children from their care.
Please do your research and draw your own conclusions.

They don't look on both sides of the story for seeing who is at wrong and there favortism I do something small and I'm told of more than someone who assaults me and my freinds and is varbally abusing me. They are shisa at dealing with issues but other than that it is a pretty good service for children but there are better holiday clubs and after school clubs.
