I am project managing a self build house in Falmouth. I have never done anything like this before and obviously needed concrete foundations. I used Sprayrend based on a recommendation from my groundworker. Clare was extremely patient with me, considering I have zero experience with construction of any sort. She was very knowledgeable and told me how the day would proceed and what to expect. Paul and his team arrived on time and were very efficient and courteous. They rejected the first batch of concrete as it was not up to their expected standard. It would have been easy for them just to pour it, as I would have been none the wiser. But their professionalism did not allow this. They finished the job to an extremely high standard, and left the site tidy. A very competitive and fair price coupled with excellent service. What more can you ask for!!

Paul was recommended to us by Maen Karne, to screed over our new underfloor heating system in an old 1800s cottage. He inspected the site beforehand, was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered a competitive price. The work was completed by Paul and Dave promptly and tidily. Claire was also very helpful on the end of the phone. We are very happy with the finish on our floor and would certainly recommend Sprayrend. Thank you.
