Chocolate teapot comes to mind. When I used these after redundancy, found I had more knowledge than them and had more experience in my career. One time even recommending a company to contact, which I worked for that already had closed down. Since then achieved more myself than any advice they gave and probably have more success on my CV than work agents or the advisors. Never going out of their way to help. They are there for themselves.

The staff work very hard and are friendly and helpful. It is easier if you do most of your application and updates online. Covid restrictions only allow 7 people in at a time at full capacity so be prepared for a wait.
Access to the building by steps and wheel chair ramp outside.
