Even tho I didn’t get the help I was looking for as the lady in charge of these procedures didn’t have time to attend me as she was doing financial year I am thankful the other lady tried her best going to ask someone to help me.
I missed the deadline I was trying to meet
They suggested me I had to come before the deadline but found about the date only two days before.

I was afraid to ask for help until i contacted St Ann's and now i have Annette helping me I am so relieved still anxious but now i know i have someone in my corner, it is just amazing that these lovely people from reception to adviser are giving their help to a nobody like me who is starting to feel like somebody again. Please if you need help advice or just a cuppa at their cafe please take your courage in both hands and go

Not impressed with the person I spoke to today regarding household support fund,very blunt and gave me wrong information.She couldn't wait to get me off the phone.
As a person with a disability I expected to be treated fairly but she wasn't interested at all.
If this what it takes to try and get support I think I'd rather go cold.

On returning to the centre today, everyone was in happy spirits, and Rachel was very helpful and professional. The cafe was clean and the staff were also very helpful.

Unless you know the people that work here you ain’t coming first in the line for help. Their attitude towards you stinks and some of the staff “not all” come across angry and somewhat intimidating!
