Attending with my son to see “sin” the specialised children’s dentist , left in tears , never met such an uncompassionate and nasty woman in my life. If your child is referred here I’d request NOT to be seen by sin and ask for one of the other dentists who are kind and compassionate and caring with our children!

I had chipped a tooth and got an emergency appointment where they extracted the tooth. I have a major fobia of needles. To the point I needed hypnotherapy just to have my covid jabs. I explained to my dentist about my phobia and he instantly adapted to ensure I was comfortable. He was brilliant.

I can't compliment the team enough. Recommend them to everyone!

I've been with this practice for 30 years. It used to be very friendly, helpful personable and efficient. It's lost its way by becoming too large. As an example I saw a patient at reception who said that he was confused and lost. He was 65. You could feel his pain and embarrassment. The receptionist bluntly said we haven't got any appointments but I can give you a phone consultation in 3 weeks time! The guy didn't understand. He was suffering from something like dementia. He was alone, nobody to help him, very disorientated. The receptionist treated him like dirt. No compassion or empathy. That's what this practice is like now. Where are the doctors? It's always empty! Are they working from home just doing phone consultations? Don't join this practice if you've just moved here. Look elsewhere. I am going to. By the way I'd have given zero stars if I could have. One more thing it takes 30 mins to get thru by phone. I was 36 in line, the queue to be heard. What private company could exist if it treated its clients that way?

I had a cortisone injection in my knee. I was very apprehensive but Dr Mark Richards was very sympathetic and calming and very gentle. He alayed all my fears and didn't hurt me at all.👌

Rudest receptionist on phlebotomy desk today.Turned up for "drop in" blood test as advised by my doctor and was told very abruptly "no appointments left" as though I should know better. This was the only time i could make and it could be months until I can come again. Receptionist was very rude and unsympathetic enjoying the authority. Absolute waste of time and money going today and very unkind treatment in an already stressful and upsetting situation.

Have no problem with the Doctors but has anyone tried using the new appointment booking system, Patches. What a nightmare. I consider myself fairly tech savvy but navigating that was a nightmare and when you finally get there and state your problem you have a whole lot of inane questions that you have to answer. Shocking.

Never had an appointment on time regardless of what yimetof day booked .No emergency appointment's ever for children under 1, rude staff on reception with zero people skills .told that 4 month old needed to see gp straight away by health visitor and will be seen in 10 mins. Over an hour later told won't be long! Terrible terrible service.
