Some of the mentors are fantastic but the service itself it awful! My sons mentor left and after 2 weeks I contacted them because I hadn't heard anything! Then over the space of 3 weeks we have contacted 3 different people on 6 occasions to be told that they no longer have the contract for my son. Totally unacceptable that you are dealing with valuable young people and act in this way!

Cannot thank St Giles Trust enough for how they have helped me. Michael has been fantastic sorting out my new birth certificate, cscs card and drivers license. I've hit hard times and they were extremely helpful, non judgemental and polite. They have the pantry too which is a HUGE help.
